‘True leaders never stop being a student – always learning and improving. If their actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, they are leaders in true sense.
The success of any institution depends on the ardent leadership and, thus, are the torchbearers of educational excellence, enlightenment and innovation. Our constant endeavour is to groom promising leaders in multi-dimensional way enabling to scale the heights and reach the Pinnacle of success.
The new academic year 2022-23 was greeted with the most solemn and prestigious occasion – The Investiture Ceremony, a platform to showcase our students leadership skills and abilities. It was held on 22nd June 2022 at the School Quadrangle. The event began with the lighting of the lamp by the School Benevolent Board; which was followed by a prayer service to invoke Lord’s blessings.
Then the momentous occasion arrived when the newly selected leaders of both Primary and Secondary Sections were invested with their respective designations and was conferred with badges and sashes. Prefects and Assistant Prefects of five Houses – Blue, Green, Red, Yellow and White were endowed with their titles by their respective House Mistresses. An army of abled volunteers were also appointed so as to help out the Student Council in every activity. The March-past performed by the Student Council and their team was a spectacular event which set the mood for the event. It was a proud moment for all parents who witnessed the ceremony with great enthusiasm and their constant cheer up brought excitement in the air.
The School Principal, Rev. Sr. Juanita administered the oath-taking ceremony, and, later while addressing the gathering, congratulated the Student Council 2022-23 (Primary and Secondary Sections). Her words of wisdom and thoughts about leadership were inspiring and filled all the newly selected leaders and everyone around with energy, enthusiasm and courage to face any challenge and thus achieve their endeavours.
The event came to an end with Vote of Thanks followed by the School Anthem.
