REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION
The chill morning of 26th January 2025 witnessed the celebration of Republic Day Celebration at the School Quadrangle. The Chief Guest, Mrs. Sakina Shamsi, Senior Retiring Teacher, hoisted the National flag in the presence of the School Manager – Sr. Jenny, beloved Principal – Sr. Edwina, Sr. Helen- Principal of Gujarati Medium, teachers and students.
After introducing the day, a meaningful prayer service based on the Constitution of India was conducted. The flag was unfurled with great fervour amidst singing of National Anthem, Flag Song, Vande Mataram and pledged to uphold the honour and intregrity.
The Principal – Resp. Sr. Edwina delivered a welcome address followed by the honouring event of the Chief Guest.
The Chief Guest addressed the students and urged them to respect and adhere to the Constitution and feel proud to be an Indian.
The students brought the stage alive with their passion and love of the motherland through their speech, both by English and Gujarati Medium, focus being on the background of the Indian Constitution. Dance performances added colours to the celebration.
The school reverberated with patriotic favour and enthusiasm by the choir group. A true feeling of patriotism!
