INAUGURAL FUNCTION OF MATHS CLUB
Exponential Elites was the theme chosen by the Maths Club which was inaugurated on 14th September 2024 at the A.V. Room by School retired Maths Teacher, Mrs. Kalpana Patel. It began with a prayer and the Chief guest was introduced and greeted with a sapling. The School Principal, Sr. Edwina, in her speech, congratulated the teachers and members and requested them to take advantage of such clubs. The most awaited moment, the inauguration, was done amidst huge of applause. The aims and objectives of the club were announced, after which Kalpana Ms. took over the dais, explaining how to solve mathematical problems in the simple Vedic method. Students were amazed and requested for such sessions again. In the end, a Vote of thanks was proposed by the Club Captain.

Celebrating the Bond of Protection: Raksha Bandhan Festivities

A promise to safeguard and protect one’s sister is the key note to the celebration of Raksha Bandhan, which was clearly witnessed at the school quadrangle as a special assembly was conducted by Std VIII. A beautiful skit was put up by the class, emphasising on the significance of the day.
The primary section, later continued the festive mood in their respective classrooms, by girls tying rakhis on the boys’ wrist and distributing sweets. The children were in their best coloured dress.
All in all, the day concluded with a strong cultural message which was instilled in every student.
