The school reverberated in exuberant mood as THE MANAGEMENT DAY was celebrated at the School Sports Complex on 15th July 2025 as the backdrop read ‘Echoes of Wisdom, to serve God’s Kingdom. Mary the spring and fullness of grace.’
Our reverend Sisters were welcomed in the Fairyland, as their hands were held by the KG section angels, elegantly swaying to the angelic music. The programme began with lighting of samay and prayer dance which was followed by a musical performance depicting the life of religious Sisters as they enter into the vocation to serve the society.
Unveiling the inherent qualities of our Sisters - Sacrifice, Insightful, Serene, Tolerance, Empathy, Religious and Sagacious; prayers were offered, followed by vibrant dances based on it. Later a peppy dance was performed by the Primary Section with the theme ‘We love you’.
The finale was amazing when all qualities were merged highlighting the first letter of every quality which read as ‘SISTERS WE LOVE YOU.’
Our beloved Principal, Sr. Edwina, addressed the gathering and thanked each and everyone for putting up such a wonderful programme. She also focused on the hard efforts of Sisters and that students should avail every facility provided, to grow up to be disciplined and responsible citizens of the nation.

Learning to relax and conserve our natural energy is one of the greatest gifts we can offer life. When we give ourselves permission to let go of all the things that weigh us down, we give ourselves the gift of renewal.
It’s rightly said, ‘Whisper words of encouragement to yourself. Self-care is the language of self-love that transforms inner dialogue.’
Such were the feelings among attendants of the seminar conducted by Father Joye James, a person very gentle, matured and knowledgeable. Well, the day began by a brief introduction of the Guest Speaker and then presenting a floral welcome by Sr. Helen.
It was basically not a seminar or workshop, but a spiritual journey, beyond religion, through discussion and interaction, to understand the patterns of behaviour, thus leading to physical and mental realities, and finally to ethereal bliss. His passion for the subject was clearly evident when Father began the session by introducing four levels of listening i.e. with our head, heart, generative and cognitive. By satisfying petty materialistic wants would us only lead to pleasure, however, mind satisfaction would take us to happiness.
Further focus was on knowledge and awareness, that varies from one another. The former cannot change a person; however, awareness is considered as healing since it enhances thinking process through emotions, experience and behaviour.
The next keynote emphasised was human personality and self-image, a concept to see ourselves, rather than a reflection of how others see us or how we would like to be, which radically affects our self-esteem. A healthy self-image is a precious commodity that’s worthy, acceptable and much capable of understanding. Topics of feelings, thinking, self-talk, true/real love, relaxation and spiritual vibrancy were also focused upon in detail.
In nutshell, the session focused primarily on self-development and consciousness. Unlike other sessions, where the focal point would be only on students’ improvement or classroom behaviour, this orientation was something very different that rejuvenated and replenished our minds, thus making us feel energetic and alive. We realized that we have so much more to give other people and are much freer with appreciation of others, thus becoming open to feedback and suggestions from others and more willing to accept suggestions for change.
The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall. – Nelson Mandela
