Appreciation can make a day, even change a life. The willingness to put it all into words and deeds is all that is necessary.
31st January 2024 was a dream come true day for the students who had performed and proved their best in academics for the year 2022-23, for they were felicitated on the Achievers’ Day which was organised at the School Quadrangle.
The event was graced by two retired teachers of our School, Mrs. Kalpana Patel and Mrs. Harbindar Marwah (fondly called as ‘Mrs. Tuli’) who were escorted by the School Principal and senior teachers. The function began with a prayer service and introduction of guests, which was followed by an inspirational address by the Principal, Sr. Edwina.
Then began the most awaited moment, when the rank holders of Std. III to Std. V, were felicitated with medals and certificates by our Honourable Guest, Mrs. Harbindar Marwah. Echoes of applaud surrounded the vicinity as each student was called upon the stage to receive the fruits of their hard efforts. Later, Mrs. Marwah, in her speech, recalled her days at QACS, thereby congratulating the achievers.
Later, Sr. Edwina and Mrs. Kalpana Patel took over the dais to laud the rank holders of Std. VI to Std. XI (except Std. X & XII who were honoured on the Annual Sports Meet 2023-24). The excitement of each student knew no bounds as they leaped on the stage to receive the great outcome of their commitments. After the event, Mrs. Kalpana Patel too, took over the mike to appreciate the achievers and encouraged other students to work hard and be a part of this grand even in the coming years. Truly a great day for all the achievers!!
