Welcome to the Portals of Queen of Angels’ Convent Secondary and Hr. Secondary School, the only Educational Institution in Bharuch affiliated to ICSE Board, New Delhi. The academy is situated at Vadadla Village on NH-8. The School Infrastructure has been meticulously planned and designed to cater the desired educational objectives with key focus on child development and better physical learning ambience which includes new technologies and emerging pedagogical practices.
Built up on a 4 acre land, the well-maintained school building is of two-storey, sectioned into two blocks (Primary and Secondary) having four different gateways, each leading to the main gate of the school. Emphasis has been put upon making provisions for perfect amenities and facilities within school environment, prioritizing the needs and requirements of the students. These include big ventilated classrooms, CCTV Surveillance, playgrounds, basketball courts, skating rink, football ground, abundant greenery, stage, sports complex, garden, pure drinking water, generator, fenced boundary walls and so on.

ADMISSION AND FEES
ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWALS
Admissions are open to all the children irrespective of their religion or caste.
The child seeking admission in Nursery should complete 3 Years on 31st May and vice versa for other classes.
Application forms for Nursery will be made open on the school website on the dates and time assigned by the School Management (preferably November end or December first week).
Admissions for other classes are given on merit basis based on the criteria decided by the school. The decision of the admission committee shall be final. Admissions are done as per the number of vacancies available with us.
No correspondence through email or telephonic conversation will be entertained regarding admissions.
Any Attempt to bring influential contacts for the admission of your ward will disqualify the candidate.
Documents to be submitted at the time of admission.
Std. Nursery to Std. I
- A computerised Birth certificate (English Version) issued by the government in original as well as a copy attested by any gazetted officer.
- Bonafide certificate in original.
- Medical Fitness Certificate from registered practitioner (Nursery and KG)
- Copy of the Aadhar card of the candidate
- Residence proof
- Final Exam Report card in original of the previous school
- Copy of the Baptismal certificate, if catholic
Std. II to Std. VIII
- A computerized Birth certificate (English Version) issued by the government in original as well as a copy attested by any gazetted officer.
- Transfer Certificate in Original from a recognized school (Kindly see the UDISE no. of the student is mentioned in the transfer certificate).
- Copy of the Aadhar card of the candidate
- Residence Proof
- Final Exam Report card in original of the previous school
- Copy of the Baptismal certificate, if catholic
Note: The School Leaving/Transfer Certificate must be counter signed by the concerned Education Officer if the candidate is migrating from any State of India other than Gujarat or seeking admission in Secondary/Higher Secondary classes.
If a candidate belongs to Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) the parent must submit an attested copy of the Caste/Tribe Certificate issued by the Government.
Once the admission formalities are completed no refund of the fees will be done.
WITHDRAWALS
- The student seeking withdrawal must fill the prescribed form available in the school calendar duly signed by both the parents.
- School Leaving Application form must be submitted in the Accounts section for verification.
- Fees have to be paid till the end of that month. Fees are due as long as no notice of withdrawal has been given.
- Transfer Certificates are not issued until all the dues of the school are settled (i.e Accounts, Class Teacher, Library etc.)
- Transfer certificates can be collected only by the Parents after 15 days from the date of submission of the form if the student is leaving the school in the middle of an academic year.
- In case countersign is required on the transfer certificate; the original transfer certificate has to be submitted in the administration office (along with a zerox copy of the same which will be attested by the Principal enabling you to get the provisional admission in other school.)
- Leaving certificate with counter sign (if required) shall be issued within a month's time or whenever received from the council.
Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:-
- Breaking the rules and regulations of the school
- Misconduct and moral turpitude
- Irregular attendance
- If a student is unable to cope-up with our curriculum for 2 consecutive years, the principal reserves the right to ask the parent to withdraw the student from the school.
